What locations do you ship to?
We are currently offering to ship to all regions that lie in the Indian subcontinent. We package & ship orders to nearly every state in India. Be sure to take advantage of free shipping for orders over Rs 1599!
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible. We typically take 2-3 days for processing and dispatch your order. The standard delivery time frame is 5-7 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow for a buffer for any delays in delivery by our courier partners which may be outside our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters, and government restrictions may cause delays. Don’t Worry, at Freshly Barked we have your back and will help you track the parcel and keep you updated.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. On rare occasions, delays may arise due to factors that are beyond our control. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent according to the exact information provided by you and the tracking details will be shared to prevent lost packages. Our delivery partners furnish proof of delivery that we can cross-check in case the parcel has been received by someone else. In case there was no one available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us. The courier service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, we will try our best to provide a solution.
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over. We use a third-party courier service and and some cases the delays are beyond our control. However, we will try our level best to resolve your matter.
What shipping charges can I expect to incur?
For all prepaid orders above Rs 1599, shipping is free! For any prepaid order below Rs 1599, there is a flat shipping fee of Rs 55.
Who will be delivering my order?
We have tie-ups with a range of reliable and trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, DTDC etc. In some instances where there may be a remote Pincode, we may utilize the services of other courier partners, however, this will depend on a case by case basis. For all orders, you will receive a tracking number for ease of tracking.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need help canceling your order, please email us at email@example.com or send us a WhatsApp on 9599331165 with your order number, within 24 hours.. If we have already processed your order, we will not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
If you need to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has been dispatched we will not be able to change the shipping address.
What if I have a delivery dispute?

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a no return policy, which means you can not return your product after receiving it. Once an order has been processed it is not eligible for a return, exchange or refund. A return or exchange will only be taken into consideration in the case of wrong products delivered or damaged products received.
As stated above certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as edibles), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All our products which come under the below-mentioned categories will be eligible for an exchange provided the products are unopened with the original packaging intact and we have been informed of the issue within 48 hours.

In addition to the above, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Any request that is submitted post 48 days of the order being delivered
The product has been used or altered in any way or form
The product has been damaged through abnormal use i.e. incorrect use by you
The returned product does not have the original packaging, labels etc or if the original packaging has been damaged e.g. torn.
Any deviation in the condition of the product when received by us when compared to the condition in the photos first shared by you.

If for some reason we are unable to have the item picked up from your location, it will be your responsibility to ship the item to us at the following address:

Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will evaluate the condition and can process the return/exchange for you. Please note any delivery fees incurred by you in returning the items are at your own cost and non-refundable by Freshly Barked. .
Receiving a Returned Item
Please note, if we do receive an item without the original packaging or if the merchandise is received damaged or dirty, or used, there'll be no store credit issued to you or the merchandise exchanged. You'll have the choice of getting the item shipped back to you at your own cost. This will be determined at the time the merchandise is received at the Freshly Barked warehouse for investigation.
Orders Rejected Upon Delivery
No refunds or store credit would be issued if you reject an order upon delivery. If there's any damage to the item or the item is lost in transit for return, you'd be liable to pay a compensation equivalent to the order amount, in case of a COD order.
Please note during this case, any shipping fees and return shipping fees, if not paid by you, are going to be deducted from any store credit that's issued. Freshly Barked holds the right to withhold further services to you in case of such false commitments and misuse of the pay-on-delivery facility.
Freshly Barked has full discretion on treating this on a case-by-case basis for an alternative resolution.
Order Cancellation by Customer:
If your order has been processed and/or shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to request a cancellation. In case of cancellations, the order amount will not be refunded. We will issue store credits worth the same amount. You can use these credits when you make your next purchase with us.
Order Cancellation by us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical errors, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
How will I receive this?
Store credit is provided by way of a coupon code. The coupon code will not work with any other discount codes or bundles/combo deals applied and will only be valid for 1 month. Please note, when using your coupon code, please ensure that it is used in a single transaction as any leftover amount would not carry forward.
When will I receive this?
After you have placed your return/exchange/cancellation request, your store credit will only be issued once we have received the product in our warehouse. Depending on your location and the issue raised it can take between 3-9 days for the store credit to be issued.
Amount of store credit
If you have used a coupon code in your initial purchase, then please note this amount will not be returned by way of store credit. The only amount that would be provided as a store credit would be the amount applicable paid by you over and above any coupon applied.
The delivery fees paid by you in the initial purchase are not eligible for any store credit. The store credit is strictly limited to the price of the product. Only in the case of a wrong or damaged product delivered will the delivery cost be returned in the form of store credit.
